Update on Thursday’s Cabinet Meeting

We have just received the following update from Iris Johnston council leader on Thursday’s cabinet meeting report “will be purely on progress so far on market testing as we give interested parties an opportunity to provide outstanding information”

Thanet District Council are also awaiting advice from the government to advise on “national asset” status, after the recent visit from Grant Shapps government minister. Iris Johnston believes the “government should be intervening”.

The Supporters of Manston Airport will be assembling outside Thanet District Council offices on Thursday from 6pm to rally the council. We hope to see you all there!
