Clarification on the decision for the Change of Use Public Inquiry

Further to the recent post regarding the delay to the Public Inquiry decision we have just received another email from Fran Littler the case officer. It reads as follows –

“Further to my email below. I’m sorry but there has been a misunderstanding on my behalf.

The time taken to issue the Decision is not due to an on-going complaint, please accept my sincere apologies for the confusion. Please be assured that the Inspector is giving this appeal the highest priority and the Decision will be issued as soon as possible.

The Inspector is aware of the need to deal with this urgently but wishes to ensure that the Decision is of the highest quality. As previously stated, as soon as he sends it to me I will prioritise it and issue it out to you all. I still anticipate that it will be within the next few days.”
