Section 53: ‘Rights of Entry’ to Manston granted to RiverOak

The Section 53 notice has gone up on the Planning Inspectorate Portal. It lays out the terms and conditions allowing RiverOak to access the Manston Airport site to complete a variety of environmental assessments required for the Development Consent Order application.
